IT Strategy Framework
Inspired by PMI, ITIL, and other industry frameworks, I've developed a framework of my own that I've used to illustrate my philosophy of information technology as a strategic partner within an organization, empowering innovation and transformation.
People are at the center of this framework. In the model, human-centered leadership is practiced to ensure the focus is always on the outcomes that improve quality of life such as constituent experience (CX), continual service improvement (CSI), and the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that impact the organization's mission.
Services are the ongoing delivery and support of value to people and the organization. Services are powered by the IT organization, architecture, and infrastructure.
Innovative and Transformational Projects
Projects are strategic, unique endeavors that produce new value for the organization. Projects enable transformation and growth and may enhance existing technology, or introduce a brand new service.
